Orders

All orders will be shipped within 2 Business Days from the time of placing order unless otherwise noted in the announcement bar on top.
Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier to update their system information.
If you require any change in your order such as changing a size or a part of the shipping address, please reach out to us at support@hilyahwear.com immediately. Once the order is shipped, no changes can be made.

Shipping

We offer standard shipping via USPS (3-5 Business Days) for $5.00 on all US orders. If your order exceeds $80, your order will qualify for free shiping.

We also offer Express Shipping via USPS (1-2 Business Days) for $30.
Yes, we ship all across the world! Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

We strive to ensure all our products meet the highest-quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that a return is required, we will gladly accept a FREE return within 30 days of order delivery. All original packaging along with tags intact must be returned with items unused and unwashed. *Please note that we do not accept returns after 30 days. *Any return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
