Refund policy
We strive to ensure all of our products meet the highest quality standards. However, we understand that sometimes things don't turn out to be as imagined. So, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 7 days of order delivery.
All original packaging with tags intact must be returned with the product unused and unwashed. Refunds will only be issued after a quality check confirms that the item has not been used, worn, or damaged.
Please note that returns will not be accepted 7 days after the date of delivery.
Once a return is initiated, customers have 7 days to return the item. If item is not returned within 7 days, the return will be canceled.
If your order had a shipping fee, that will not be refunded.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that orders with discount codes applied at checkout will be treated as final sales, including those from our promotions, and will only receive store credit.
Any items purchased as "Clearance", "Final Sale" or "Flash Sale" are ineligible for any kind of return.
Exchanges
Please note that at this time we do not offer exchanges. Unwanted products may be returned and a new oder will have to be placed.
Damaged Products
In the event that you receive a damaged product, we will gladly offer a full refund or a free replacement as long as we are notified within 3 days of order delivery at support@hilyahwear.com.
