Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure all of our products meet the highest quality standards. However, we understand that sometimes things don't turn out to be as imagined. So, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 15 days of order delivery. All original packaging with tags intact must be returned with product unused and unwashed. 

Please note that returns will not be accepted 15 days after the date of delivery.

Once a return is initiated, customers have 15 days to return the item. If item is not returned within 15 days, the return will be canceled.

If your order had a shipping fee, that will not be refunded.

While returns are free, the cost of shipping the item back to us are solely the responsibility of the customer. We are also not responsible for any taxes or duties levied on international returns. If you need help in returning an item, please contact our support team at support@hilyahwear.com.

Refunds will be issued pending quality check.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that orders with discount codes applied at checkout will be treated as final sales, including those from our promotions, and will only receive store credit.

Any items purchased as "Clearance", "Final Sale" or "Flash Sale" are ineligible for any kind of return.

Exchanges

Please note that at this time we do not offer exchanges. Unwanted products may be returned and a new oder will have to be placed. 

Damaged Products

In the event that you receive a damaged product, we will gladly offer a full refund or a free replacement as long as we are notified within 3 days of order delivery at support@hilyahwear.com.
