Your order is our number one priority and we will try our best to make sure it reaches you better than you had imagined!

We will ship your order within 2 business days from the order date unless otherwise stated on the announcement bar at the top. 

Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Domestic Orders

We use USPS for shipping domestic orders and we offer 3 options.

1. USPS Ground Advantage - (Usually 4-7 Business Days): $6.00

2. USPS Priority Mail - (Usually 3-4 Business Days): $10.00*

3. UPS 2nd Day Air - (Guaranteed 2-Day Delivery): $25.00**

If your order is $100 and over, it'll qualify for FREE Ground Advantage shipping!

*USPS Priority Mail usually delivers within 2-3 Business Days. However, it is not a guaranteed service. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays once the shipment is handed over to USPS.

**UPS 2nd Day Air is a guaranteed 2-Day service. If package is not delivered in that timeframe, a refund can be requested.

Please note that once an order is dispatched and handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the package. If you would like to insure your order, please let us know immediately upon placing the order at support@hilyahwear.com. Please note that there maybe an add-on fee for insuring your package.

International Orders

We ship our products worldwide. 

If your shipping address is located in Canada or the United Kingdom, a flat rate for shipping will be provided at checkout along with the estimated delivery time. We use FedEx for this service and recommend this option to our customers. 

Canada - (Usually 3-5 Business Days): $15

United Kingdom - (Usually 3-7 Business Days): $20

As for our international customers that are not in Canada or the U.K., please send us an email at support@hilyahwear.com with your shipping address so that we can provide you with the best current shipping rates.

Please note that external factors out of our control such as customs and regulations may possibly delay your package delivery. 

Please note that Hilyah is not responsible for any customs, duties, and tax fees levied on international orders. 

Change to Address/Order 

Please make sure to verify all details before placing an order. We understand mistakes can occur and you may require a change in the order or the address. In that case, please reach out to us at support@hilyahwear.com immediately. If your package has not been shipped, we'll make the necessary changes. Please note that once the package is shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the order.
